1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for and using the internet services provided by Cleantech ICT Solutions, the subscriber agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Availability
- Internet service is subject to network coverage and technical feasibility.
- Installation schedules may vary depending on weather conditions, permits, and availability of materials.
- Service activation begins only after installation is completed and payment requirements have been met.
3. Subscription Plans
- Internet speeds are up to the subscribed plan.
- Actual speeds may vary due to:
- Network traffic
- Wi-Fi signal quality
- Customer equipment
- Device limitations
- External internet factors
4. Billing and Payment
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in Postpaid Plan.
- Payment must be made on or before the due date.
- Late payments may result in service interruption.
- Outstanding balances must be settled before reconnection.
5. Installation Fees
- Installation fees are non-refundable once installation has been completed.
- Promotional installation fees are subject to applicable terms.
6. Customer Equipment
Subscribers are responsible for:
- Proper care of the modem/router.
- Preventing damage caused by misuse or negligence.
- Providing a stable power source.
Lost or damaged ISP-owned equipment may be charged accordingly.
7. Fair Usage Policy
Subscribers agree not to:
- Resell the internet connection without written approval.
- Use the service for illegal activities.
- Distribute malware or spam.
- Attempt unauthorized access to networks.
- Interfere with the ISP's network operations.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
8. Maintenance and Downtime
Scheduled maintenance may occasionally interrupt service.
Whenever possible, customers will be notified in advance.
Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.
9. Technical Support
Technical support is available during official business hours.
Repair requests will be attended to as soon as reasonably possible depending on:
- Weather conditions
- Accessibility
- Availability of technicians
- Required replacement materials
10. Service Interruptions
Cleantech ICT Solutions shall not be liable for interruptions caused by:
- Power outages
- Natural disasters
- Typhoons
- Fire
- Floods
- Government actions
- Fiber cable cuts
- Third-party network failures
- Customer-owned equipment
11. Customer Responsibilities
The subscriber agrees to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep contact details updated.
- Allow technicians reasonable access for installation and repair.
- Secure the Wi-Fi password.
- Report service issues promptly.
12. Account Suspension
Service may be suspended due to:
- Non-payment
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activities
- Unauthorized sharing or resale of service
13. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the service subject to:
- Settlement of all outstanding balances.
- Return of ISP-owned equipment.
- Applicable disconnection fees, if any.
14. Refund Policy
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law or if otherwise approved by management.
15. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for service delivery, billing, support, and legal compliance.
Personal information will not be disclosed except:
- As required by law
- With customer consent
- To authorized service providers necessary for service delivery
16. Changes to Service
Cleantech ICT Solutions reserves the right to:
- Update service plans.
- Modify pricing with prior notice.
- Improve or upgrade network infrastructure.
- Revise these Terms and Conditions.
17. Limitation of Liability
Cleantech ICT Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business, income, or data resulting from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Customer Agreement
By signing the Service Application Form or using the internet service, the subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
